eli is now 5 1/2 months, will be 6 months on october 10th, and is a very big boy! he keeps me on my toes all the time and learns new things everyday. he is eating rice cereal and baby food but is not a pro just yet, it's the messiest time of day. he can't keep still and just crawl around everywhere. he imitates his cousin violet, who is 3 months older, and thinks he's so big. he missis his daddy very much and can't wait until next saturday when he gets to see him, great birthday present! let's just keep this short and sweet and get to the pictures of this little guy.

he LOVES his teddy bear. when he goes down well, he'll look for his teddy and cuddle with it and fall asleep. very sweet.

we've got a climber on our hands
this is gross but pretty funny. he'll reach for anything that puts him in the most awkward position.

He is getting so big. I can't believe he has teeth. Zach is very jealous! Also can't believe he already crawls...Zach didn't really start the actaully hands and knees crawl till 7 months.
Love all the pictures. Sleeping with teddy..very cute (zach does the same)
